Association of Washington State Scholarship Application
The Fragile X Association
of Washington State will award two $500 scholarships to the National
Fragile X Foundation’s 11th International Conference.
The conference will be held in St. Louis, MO from July 23 – 27,
2008. The scholarship
award may be applied towards airfare and/or lodging. You
must be a resident of the state of Washington in order to be
eligible for the award. Recipients will be chosen and
notified in May.
Please complete the
application; all questions must be answered completely and
the application must be returned no later than April 30th, 2008.
